At Great British Carvery we pride ourselves in sourcing great quality ingredients, which is why we choose to source all of our Carvery meats from British Red Tractor Assured Farms. The Red Tractor scheme ensures high standards of food safety, hygiene, animal welfare and environmental protection throughout their assured farms. Over 78,000 British farmers and growers are members of the scheme.
We're proud to serve the very best of British meats from our Carvery. All of our joints are sourced from British Red Tractor Assured farms. Our Carvery selection changes daily and today's roasted joints will be a selection from the following:
- Matured Saxon™ Beef
- Norfolk Turkey
- Stuffed Belly Pork
- Outdoor Bred Gammon
- West Country Shoulder of Lamb
All served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, chipolata sausage and stuffing, accompanied by your choice of freshly prepared vegetables and topped off with our roast onion (v) or roast meat gravy. Don't forget to help yourself to our selection of condiments.
Our wines have been specially chosen with our wine Merchant Bibendum. We have created a selection which compliments our food perfectly, allowing you to enjoy the ideal wine with your meal. We include some simple notes in our menu to help you choose but our staff are also trained to help guide your choice. And, if you’re not sure which wine to choose, then we would be happy to let you try before you buy!
